Join us for our 17th annual Women's only training program!
This program is designed and open for ALL women who are interested in training for the Women's Only 5k in October! It doesnt matter if you run everyday or not at all or if you walk, run, jog, or whatever you do in between, this program will help you feel confident to complete the 5k and keep you running afterwards!!!
We will meet EVERY thursday (weather permitting) at 6:15pm from various locations in GSO!
